Purpose of this policy<\/strong>
This policy regulates the terms of withdrawal and return applicable to the purchase of digital plugins through our website, in accordance with European consumer protection regulations (Directive 2011\/83\/EU) and its transposition into Spanish law (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users).<\/p>

Nature of the product<\/strong>
The plugins offered on this website are digital content not supplied on a physical medium. The execution of these content begins with the consumer's express consent and their acknowledgment of the loss of their right of withdrawal.<\/p>

Right of withdrawal<\/strong>
According to article 103.m of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content (such as plugins) that are not provided on a physical medium when:<\/p>

The execution has begun with the express prior consent of the consumer, and the consumer has acknowledged that, consequently, he loses his right of withdrawal.

Therefore, once the plugin has been downloaded or activated, returns or refunds will not be accepted, except in the following cases:<\/p>

Exceptions in which a refund is applicable<\/strong>
A refund may be requested in the following cases:
\u2013 The plugin does not work as described and cannot be resolved after contacting support.
\u2013 The delivered file is damaged or incomplete.
\u2013 A duplicate charge has occurred due to a technical error.
\u2013 The user has not accessed the digital content and requests it within 14 calendar days of purchase.<\/p>

Procedure to request a refund<\/strong>
To request a refund within the allowed exceptions, the customer must contact [add support email] indicating:<\/p>

Reason for the request<\/em>
Screenshots or other relevant documentation (if applicable)<\/em>

The seller will evaluate the request within a maximum of 7 business days. If accepted, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.<\/p>
