Live distance learning courses

This winter we are offering a comprehensive program of GrandMA3 and Depence R4 courses.
The courses cover practical topics that you can directly apply to your lighting work.
We work live via video conference with limited groups so we can give each student the attention they need.

All you need is a computer and a good internet connection to follow GrandMA3 courses.
For the exercises in the Depence R4 course, you also need a software license.

We offer courses in English and Spanish from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM in Madrid (except for the English version of the Depence R4 course, which will be from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM), which coincides with the morning schedule in America.

🇬🇧 December 9-12, 2025

🇪🇸 December 9-12, 2025

Depence R4 is probably the most realistic visualizer on the market. An essential tool for preparing your show before setting up the equipment and presenting the design to the client. In four days, we'll cover all the aspects you need to visualize and render your show. During the first three days, we'll create a simple show step by step. On the last day, we'll import a large-format show and connect it to a console.
We will thus go through all aspects of Depence R4 that we use for live shows, from building our virtual world to the audience, camera movements and fireworks.

GrandMA3 Specialist

🇪🇸 🇬🇧
between January 12 and February 19, 2026

For the most demanding operators, we offer a program of five specialized courses. Each course covers a specific aspect of the GrandMA3 in depth, with extensive student interaction. In two sessions per topic, we'll explore multiple angles to unlock its full potential. These courses, which can also be taken individually, cover Fixture Types, Magic Recipes, Local Area Networks, Advanced Phasers, and Micro Plugins.

GDTF Fixtures
(2 days)

€ 119

🇪🇸 January 12 and 13, 2026

🇬🇧 January 14 and 15, 2026

The MA3's spotlight profiles are based on the GDTF format. This format is very comprehensive, providing information for CAD, previewing, and managing each spotlight. This, however, makes it more difficult to create and adapt profiles to our needs. In this two-day course, we teach this entire process both through GDTF share and from within the console.

GrandMA3
Only recipes
(2 days)

€ 119

🇪🇸 January 19 and 20, 2026

🇬🇧 January 21 and 22, 2026

Recipes are one of MA3's standout tools. A recipe-based show is much more flexible and can be quickly adapted to a different setup. However, the process of creating a show where everything is recipe-based can be somewhat more laborious. In two days, we'll evaluate the pros, cons, and tricks of programming with recipes.

GrandMA3
Networks
(2 days)

€ 119

🇪🇸 January 26 and 27, 2026

🇬🇧 January 28 and 29, 2026

Networks are increasingly being used to send signals to fixtures, connect consoles, send timecode, send and receive video signals, and much more. This is why MA3 consoles have three independent network ports. In these two days, we'll explore how networks work, how the MA3 utilizes resources, and how we can configure and optimize our systems.

GrandMA3
Advanced Phasers
(2 days)

€ 119

🇪🇸 February 9 and 10, 2026

🇬🇧 February 11 and 12, 2026

The GrandMA3's phasers are one of the most significant innovations compared to its predecessor. The power and possibilities of this effects engine are enormous. However, with so many ways to create effects, it's easy to get lost, and many operators don't dare to explore beyond the surface of the options.

In these two sessions, we'll explore all the possibilities of this tool. We'll examine different scenarios to see how far we can go and determine the best way to work with phasers for each situation.

GrandMA3
Micro Plugins
(2 days)

€ 119

🇪🇸 February 16 and 17, 2026

🇬🇧 February 18 and 19, 2026

Plugins are a tool that allows you to add new functions to the console. Complex plugins exist for a variety of tasks. Micro plugins utilize the power of plugins for small tasks, avoiding the complexity of large plugins. In these two days, you'll learn how to create micro plugins capable of tasks that macros can't reach.
